The experienced catering staff at Quail Valley is trained to serve your tournament of any size. We have a wide variety of food service options from which to choose, including buffets, sack lunches and items from our Sports Bar menu. Breakfast Burrito 
Two farm fresh eggs, chorizo sausage, diced ham, pico de gallo & cheddar jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla served with side of hot sauce.

Chicken Caesar Wrap 
Diced mojito chicken, roma tomato, parmesan cheese, romaine tossed in Caesar dressing & wrapped in flour tortilla.

Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap

Grilled all beef frank & bun served with a bag of chips.

Sliced ham, turkey, chedder & swiss on a hoagie roll.
